How do I purchase from ARC Online?
Visit our website (www.arconline.com.au), you can have a full range of the latest IT products with detailed product descriptions, images, as well as customer reviews Purchase online and track your order using our Order Tracking facility, or pick up your order at our Silverwater store when stock is available.

Our payment options include:
1. Cash
We accept cash if you are collecting your order from our store.
2. EFTPOS
Please note most EFTPOS accounts have a maximum withdrawal limit of $1,000 per day; you must show your bank card to our store in person to swipe it at the EFTPOS terminal.
3. Bank Cheque
Please also bring a photo ID. If you are mailing the bank cheque we must wait until the funds are cleared before releasing the goods.
4. PayPal.
PayPal payment attract a 1.1% Surcharge. Orders paid by PayPal can only be delivered to and signed for by the PayPal account holder.
5. Direct Deposit.
After we confirm your order, you simply deposit the amount into our bank account and keep the bank receipt. You can do this from any bank or by using Internet banking. Please inform us before you credit our account so that we can include freight (if any)

We will release your order for dispatch or collection once payment is cleared by our bank. Note that while most deposits show up overnight, the Australian banking system can take up to 2-3 days to transfer deposits between some financial institutions.
6. Credit Card
We accept Visa/Master Card, Debit or Credit Cards, and American Express (AMEX). Credit/Debit cards attract a 1.1% surcharge while AMEX has a 1.65% surcharge. Orders paid by credit card can only be collected by the cardholder and signed in person, orders being dispatched can only be made through our secure website. Credit cards are not accepted by phone.
